Refund Policy

At The Welcomist Co., LLC, we offer high-integrity services rooted in trust, preparation, and presence. Our work is customized, time-sensitive, and often begins long before a scheduled visit or consultation. Because of this, all payments are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for completed services, scheduled appointments, or consulting engagements. Our commitment is to deliver excellence, clarity, and care in every interaction and we honor that promise with precision and preparation.

If you have concerns about a scheduled service or need to reschedule, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a fee.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate engagements that compromise safety, alignment, or reputation. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
